The Wednesday Girls
The Wednesday Girls is a group of music-loving ladies who enjoy bringing their take on popular old-time favourites and new tunes to audiences throughout the South West.
A group of Capel-based women started singing together to backing tracks in August, 2009.
By 2011, the line-up had become "The Wednesday Girls" as they rehearsed together each Wednesday evening.
Fun is key to The Wednesday Girls' rehearsals and performances; they experience great joy in singing together and for others.
The Girls perform at a variety of events and venues throughout the South West, including charity functions and popular community events.
